Hi! You need to see a dermatologist for some prescription medication that will heal your acne. Then after you have no more acne and no more potential for scarring, consider your options for scar treatments.
You have both active acne and scarring. Quite honestly, you're a candidate for Accutane because you're developing scarring.
My biggest suggestion right now is: DO NOT PICK or POP your pimples. That will cause scarring since you are prone to scarring.
If you have a large pimple, just put ice wrapped in a dish towel on it briefly to reduce the swelling and pain. Do that for several minutes at a time, but never so much that it makes you uncomfortable or makes your skin go pale. Do that several times a day. It will help make the swelling go down and will reduce the pain.
If you cannot see a dermatologist for some reason, try the DKR that is explained on this site. You'll need to follow it carefully to see the best results.

Acne creams like BP and SA helps as spot treatments... but they are temporary treatments that works by drying out the spot, but it's not a cure. Many people seem to use it and I used to as well, just that I don't anymore because it only makes the quality of my skin worse, more drier and flakier, and in the long run, it just made my skin really sensitive. Also, I later found out that such harsh acne products that dry out the skin only really causes my skin to overwork the sebums and create more oil on my face to make up for the dryness, so it doesn't really help in controlling my oily skin and acne. I would personally recommend using tea tree oil instead, b/c it's natural.

there is no cheap way of doing it at the derm........ you could use creams which do have some effect but they wont get rid of them completely they will just fade a bit

Oh man...poor u. Try some zinc, it really helps the skin to heal and it helps u get rid of those nasty things. And by zinc I mean go to the chemist and ask to prepare something with zinc, I am using and is great.

if they're just blackheads, they won't do you any harm, and people can't even see them unless they're within 8 inches of your face.
Wish I could follow my own advice!
So yeah... the pitting will require the help of a derm.

Have you gone to a Derm? Looks like you are scarring and should be on an antibiotic or Accutane. Also, don't pick.... That spreads the acne and makes scars.
Wish you the best and hope things clear up soon.
