Has anyone tried this remedy? Apparently applying honey to a blemish and placing a band-aid over it will heal it overnight. This was the email I received:

"Honey remedy for skin blemishes ... Cover the blemish with a! dab of honey and place a Band-Aid over it. Honey kills the bacteria, keeps the skin sterile, and speeds healing. Works overnight. "

Has anyone tried this? I am kind of reluctant because I don't want my face getting any worse...

Never tried it myself, but to be on the safe side, maybe use Medical Grade honey, just in case the stuff in supermarkets is diluted which may weaken the bacteria killing ability? eusa_think.gif

Looks interesting, Lemon and honey is a classic sore throat antiseptic type drink anyway, so it definitely kills bacteria. smile.gif
