ive been breaking out recently do to the change of my regiment. ive been getting a lot of white heads recently and i was wondering what i could do to decrease there apperence or possible to get rid of them sooner. im a person that usually pop anything that resembles a pimple and ive recently stopped that and i am now forcing myself not to pop them. please let me know if there is anything i can do to get rid of them faster or even cover them up a little.
