I have tried the clindamycin cream and used cetaphil, it just wont go away, ive had it for about 6 months now... its not that bad but I strive for perfection... here are the pics... should I take accutance for a short time? Thanks

those are just red marks that are left over, i dont think doctors would even prescribe accutane they dont look cystic or anything. If anything theyll prescribe retin a, differin or some other cream or some systemic antibiotics before doing that. Something like differin ought to clear it up. However, a doctor may say yes to accutane because of the left side but the side effects dont seem worth it
