If it's this stuff
A protein-rich cereal mixture composed of oats, wheat, wheat germ, sesame seeds, honey, brewers yeast and other ingredients.
Honey can set some people off, and i imagine this is high in carbs? Do they all have brewers yeast in them?? And of course it's grains, so you'll get the no grain mob after you with burning torches
I imagine you'd have to try it to see if your sensitive to it, there isn't really any other way!
I think most of the bodybuilders have this right, and don't do snacks. 6 small meals 3 hours apart. Of course it's impossible to do in the real world, so they have meal replacement drinks and bars but they should only use them when they can't get to have a proper meal. I've swapped to 4 meals a day, and no snacks and i'm doing ok. Occasionally I cheat, but most of the time i can stick too it - i don't punish myself or feel bad if i cheat with a snack, cos that would probably stress me and make my acne worse!

cucumber
fruit - particularly bananas
sometimes dried fruit
yoghurt
Crackers
brazil nuts
pumpkin seeds
pieces of cooked meat (ham and chicken, etc)
Rice cakes
Also, I gotta admit I have a bit of a problem with eating biscuits. I do avoid the chocolatey ones though.
Oh, and I am gonna try slicing sweet potato and baking that. That's meant to be a nice healthy snack.

-All kinds of fruit.
-Carrots.
-Roma tomato halved or sliced and microwaved 30 seconds or so, and topped with a little blue cheese or parmesan.
-Yogurt and pureed fruit smoothies.
-OR if you don't want yogurt, then put whole fruit and ice in a blender. This makes a drink hispanics call batidos or liquados. Banana and ice is the most common. No sugar.
-Half a dixie cup of raw nuts and pumpkin seeds, primarily almonds and walnuts with about 15 ghiradelli bittersweet chocolate chips. They are very low sugar.
But always watch out for what you might be sensitive to.

avocadoes
nuts, seeds mixed with raisins and dried coconut (w/o sugar)
fruit, applesauce (w/ no added sugar)
BTW, almost ALL granola bars contain sugar (even if they're called "honey" something). Read the label. Also, they all contain highly-processed grains. I wouldn't eat them, but that's just me.

I wish I could be this cool
I eat apples when we have them.
Saute sliced apples briefly in a little butter and a lot of cinnamon. If you like cinnamon is much as I do, this can make up for the lack of cake.
You should always have apples on hand and eat one a day. They store very well.
