anyway, i've decided to go back to using a gentle 2% SA product. i used it for a whole year and my face was extremely clear, like almost no pimples. i also didn't have my period when i was using the product.
before i started using it last year, i had so many flesh colored pimples on my forhead and on my nose&my face was always really oily. the product seemed to help a lot, almost 100%. and keep in mind that the acne i was just describing was extremely mild.
In september, when i was first pmsing, i broke out with a lot more pimples than i normally get and i thought that maybe i needed to switch products. ever since i switched products, my acne has grown gradually worse, &it's still mild, but it's a lot worse than what i started out with. i still feel really self-conscious about it.
now, my pimples are different than the ones i had before i started using that SA product. they're bigger and redder, so do you think that the product is going to work differently now that my skin is a little different?
you know how i said before about how pimpley&oily my forhead was? well now, there's almost no pimples there, so i'm pretty sure the results from the product are permanent, but not completely obviously. because everyone gets a big one once in a while.
when you get your period i know it's clear that your face is getting worse becase of pms, but shouldn't you start to clear up after? in other words: in my case, shouldn't i be as clear as i was last year as the days when i don't have my period?
& one more question: as i said before, a lot of people have found natural cures to clear there acne. has anyone had any success with a product that's not completely natural that contains SA?
Here's an organized list of all of the questions i asked:
1. Do you think that the product is going to work differently now that my skin is a little different?
2. In my case, shouldn't i be as clear as i was last year as the days when i don't have my period?
3. Has anyone had any success with SA?
Acne Tip:
Don't drink 20 minutes before a meal.
Don't drink anything during a meal.
Don't drink anything 1-2 hours after a meal.
It's supposed to clear up most of your acne, it can't hurt!
The reason why this is:
Liquid slows down your digestion, so if you don't drink before, during, or after a meal, your food can go where it needs to go instead of going other places that can cause clogged pores. i'm pretty sure this is why, sorry if i'm wrongg!!
thanks so much for reading this!
replies are greatly appreciatedd!!!!
