I've got very oily skin and very oily hair - my hair gets pretty oily about 1.5-2 days after i wash it. if i don't was it for about 3 days, then its like i got a bunch of grease dumped on my head...and it makes my skin much much oilier too. I noticed that when I shampoo, my face gets redder and i at times break out a bit. my skin looks much better the next day, or in the evening when i wash my face. i use johnson and johnson's baby shampoo...i was wondering if i should switch to another one, or something. any suggestions>? i don't use conditioner.
Shampoo?

you might just have sensitive skin, and the dyes and fragrances could be irritating your skin. I use Free & Clear shampoo that is free of all of that stuff. You might want to give something like that a try. If anything, it can't hurt!
Here check it out, this is what i'm using. i'm sure they sell other similar products in the stores too.

I think a lot of people struggling with acne have this problem. I pretty much have to wash my hair daily so it doesn't get oily. But 2 days ago I tried a shampoo bar. Today my hair is still not oily! I'm thinking I could go 3 days without having to wash it, which is definitely a plus since over washing dries your hair out. This is what I use. You could probably find it at most health stores.

I actually only shampoo about once every 2-3 weeks, becuase i have curly hair and it's always dry. When I do shampoo, I use Dove. It was recommended to me by a friend who has straight, oily hair.
