Hey guys. I just got back from lunch, where I had a salad loaded with cheese (yum!). Then I glanced in the mirror and found a new pimple. Something I had read here came to mind-- dairy breaks some people out! I drink soymilk because my parents are lactose intolerant, so I don't know if I'm one of those people, but it could very well be the case.
Are there any ways that I could counteract the possible breakout from eating all that cheese? Any ideas are welcome. Ahhh!
Thanks.

Yes wash your face with the cleanser you use twice a day but also wash it with warm water four times a day. I swear its dries up the pimples

i dont think it was the cheese though. it usually always takes longer than just a few hours for a pimple to form.

not saying it wasnt dairys fault, but i dont think it was that cheese.

There is no way that the lunch you ate today immediately caused a new pimple.

I dealt with acne for 20 years...some of the years I ate tons of dairy, a couple of years I completely eliminated dairy from my diet.

The acne I had did not change when my diet did.

most likely would have noticed it before now, its not like someone eats cheese once in a lifetime.

if it formed that quickly, this wouldnt have been the first time, and it would be a reoccuring thing so you would know not to eat the cheese.
