THIS kind of acne?

I was told they were closed comedones and to use tazorac... but taz killed my skin horribly, made me grow MORE of these. Paula's BHA 2% Gel I tried for 2-3 months, did absolutely nothing. Is it considered mild/or moderate ? How do I make them go away? =[

Most of it looks to be inflamed, I think a benzoyl peroxide regimen or a regimen with both benzoyl proxide and BHA would be better for you than BHA alone. I think your skin would respond well to Dan's regimen, you should try that out for a couple of months.

Personally, I would consider that moderate. Infact if my skin looked like that, I probably wouldn't even visit these forums!
