I'm on Minocycline and Differin.
My cheeks are clear, but my forehead is my biggest problem area. I have small raised bumps all over it. Not incredibly noticable, but also not incredibly attractive! I'm working on getting rid of them without irritating my skin. The biggest reaction would probably be dry skin and maybe eventual flakes.
I need suggestions and recommendations for something that could combat this problem that I can use ON TOP of what I already am without big problems.

Try gentle mechanical exfoliation after or during cleansing, prior to applying your cream. I use a baby's hair brush. It might work for you!
