Does omega-3 really work for reducing oil?

yes it really works for reducing oil and inflammation, but you have to overdose for a while
by overdose i mean 10+ grams (the actual EPA + DHA, not the total pill content mass) a day
and the stuff sure as hell doesn't come cheap in canada

didn't work for me, in fact made the oil on my nose worse.

It is finally starting to really work for me. Cyph is right though, that you need to take large quanities for awhile to get reslts. I was taking like 3-4 pills a day for a month or two with no results. Then I started taking about 12 grams a day about 2 months ago and my face is way way less oily. Its amazing, after skating in the hot sun for 8 hours my face is barely oily at all. Im lovin it, and dont think its that expensive, but then again ive pissed away so much $$ on acne stuff that didnt work. Im just happy this is actually working,,,Just need some patience though!!

12 grams? I only take around 5 grams

i'm up to 20 pills a day which is 12 grams EPA + DHA total
i would take more but blowing through a bottle of 120 pills in less than a week is already killing my wallet enough
