Are those called "Open Comendones" How exactly do they form?
yeah i believe those are called comedones of some sort... i also have some
so anyone out there have any suggestions on exactly how to treat these??

Blackheads are open (which is why they turn black, it's the blockage reacting with the air). Those are closed comedones, they look like whiteheads to me. A beta hydroxy acid leave-on treatment (also known as salicylic acid) might be your best shot at reducing those.

would an AHA help to get rid of closed comodones> or just a bha

Yeah BHA will help it disappear. I had a lot of those all over my face. Only problem is it made some of the acne disappear and others inflamed. But for the first time my face is smooth again, no more bumps just alot of red scars =( They'll go away in time though. I had like two closed comendones near my mouth near the chin and I put some BHA, it disappeared but then I put some more on it and it made it inflamed. I guess it was trying to exfoliate the whole thing out. I kinda regret it now because I got two matching bumps the size of a dime on either sides of my chin. So BHA does work but it might work too well.
