I read a brochure about a nearby hot spring (210° F) which claims to help in the treatment of skin conditions (ie. Acne). Should I try it out? (And is it true that hot springs cause impotence?)
Do hot springs help cure acne?

I have noticed that when my daughter goes to our local hot springs she will clear up a little. I just wonder if there might be sulfur in the water. Cause I know that in certain reas where we live you can smell the sulfur badly around some of the under ground hot springs.

Hmm, I never thought of that. Thanx!

Good point, poordaughter about the sulfur! Some people recommend using Head and Shoulders or Selsun Blue as a body wash for helping improve acne. Both generally have sulfur in them.
No, hot springs do not cause impotence unless you totally boil the testicles and penis. They generally cause relaxation and sleepiness, hence the reputation for impotence.

I visited a hot spring yesterday, it was somewhat agreable, but I noticed that every single pimple I had at that time was "autopopped" from the heat, but I got told that I shouldn't worry about it because the is sulfur and limestone (?) in the water, is it really true that it is no problem that they were popped by the heat?
