I'm currently using Retin A micro and I haven't had much irritation, Im about 2 months post tane. I'm trying to settle on a regimen and currently im just using a gentle cleanser called CeraVe every night and morning and Retin A everynight. What's the difference between Green Cream and Retin A micro?

retin a micro is a better option, retinol doesn't really do anything for the skin, unless it is converted into retinoic acid. you will see much better results with retin a.
