I just finished my course of accutane for the second time a couple months ago (60mg daily for 6 months) and I've been getting whiteheads like everyday now. Its not much, usually like one everyday, at least they're not cysts.
At first i thought it was the Retin-A (.025%) cause i hear it does that at first. I've been putting it on every other night so i don't know if it is the retin a or what.
I don't think is my regimen but does anyone else having this problem?

my whiteheads gradually came back 4 months after my first course ended then pustules followed. that made me decide to start my 2nd course
