I'm on B5 for 1,5 week and i'm losing hope too.

How soon does it normally take to be clean?? I've read 2 weeks but i think it's longer.

Are there also people who tried B5 for a long time and it did not work??

Yay b5 from b5supplements came today 2 huge bottles, Mind you they dont last for shit each one is 20 days! That works out to about £30 $50 a month! Ouch. this better work dammit, and then i can get down to the lower dose. Mind u if it doesnt work then i get my money back so its good i think. the b5 supplements look great from what i can see, if u take 20 tablets a day the only other vitimin u mite want to take is vit C, there may appear to be little amounts of each mineral/vitimin in each pill but takin 20 a day works it out to about the right amount!

Im not takin it just yet thou im away for a week now with school and i dont want a initial break out from b5,

Has anyone had success with only 3 grams of B5? I have a hard time taking many pills... (I gag). :-#
My acne is pretty mild, and I am a petite girl, so I was hoping a low dose would still help in my case.

And will I experiance a break out while on B5 like people talk about???

Could I possibly eliminate this by doing DANS regiment while doing the B5 regiment??????

Ugh.. I didn't realize how close I was to being done with my first bottle of B5, and when I went to take my last dose on Thursday I realized there weren't enough to get me through the next day. So I went ahead and took my last full dose Thursday, and I think I had ten left for Friday, so I spread them out over the course of the day. I ordered another bottle Thursday, but it won't be here until Mon or Tues.. How bad is it for me to be out of it for this long?

Hi Krg.
I just read your FAQ and found it quite interesting. I just started taking B5 from "B5 Supplements" (Evolution-X).

Do you think it's necessary to take a B-complex when using this supplement?
On the package it says that it contains B1, B2, B3, b6 and B12 and folic acid.

Do you have a B-complex to recommend?

If correct, according to B5-Supplements, you don't need a B-complex with Evolution-X, because it has a B-complex in it.

B5-supplements has changed the ingredients recently. You probably have the latest version, because of Folic Acid, which I didn't saw on the previous version. The new version looks a bit like a B25-complex at 10 B5/day.

I don't know what dose of B-complex should be taken. I would follow B5-Supplements, so I would not take an extra B-complex supplement with it Evolution-X.

Thank you for your reply, Krg.

Then I think I'll just take the the capsules from B5 supplements, a normal vitamin supplement and Udo's Choice flax seed oil.

I think that those brands just don't specify the percentage of Calcium, while it probably does contain Calcium.

From Pantothenic Acid from 1fast400.com :

So it should probably between 8.2%-8.6% Calcium.

AcneMiracle.com about Calcium:
QUOTE
Yes, our product does contain a small
amount of calcium. Pantothenic Acid MUST con-
tain some calcium. True B% is also known as
d-Calcium Pantothenate.

Can somebody help me?
I've been on different brands of b5 for the last 2 months.
I've used Acne miracle which was amazing because my skin was cleared up after the first batch. But then i started to use some other brands because acne miracle takes so long to ship.

then i used some store vitamin b5 brands, and i started to break out.

so i ordered b5 supplements which i've been using for 3 weeks and my skin is pretty terrible. and im on my 2nd bottle of b5 supplements evolution x and im seeing no results.

im 5'9 130 pounds. skinny guy.
past i've taken accutane.

I've been using b5 since february but different brands.

Did b5 lose its effect on me?

Now im starting to spread the pills evenly hopefully that will give it more effect because at first i would just take 10 and 10 which = 20 pills/10g
in the morning and in the evening but now im starting to take 5 and 5 and 5 and 5 and trying to spread the time more evenly.

However i do see that alot of my forehead acne went away and all dried up but my face is starting to break out with cyst for some reason. and i don't know why.

I have just updated my B5 FAQ. http://www.freewebs.com/krg/b5.html

See my faq.

@BBoy,
Hard to say if it is caused by using different brands. Reduction of sebum sounds like it's working... Break out is usually temporary.
