Ok guy's, been using my beauty skin lamp for a couple weeks now. I can't judge my results because i am post accutane so i can't really say to what degree it has improved my skin, all i know is that it has definenetly helped in the overall condition of my skin.

So basically i want to maintain the use of light therapy in the hope that it will continue to improve my skin further. Now i have just got rid of filliculitus (touch wood) but i do still get the occasional spot post accutane (that are definently spots not folliculitus) so i want to maintain light therapy when i go on holiday in the US for a month. I was wondering which hand held light would you guys recomend? i will of been using the lamp for 3 months ish by the time i go on holiday so i was thinking treating with a hand held for ten mins a day to maintain any results?
By this point i woudl assume i will only need to use blue light? any thoughts?
