I am 29. I have always had a minor problem with acne but nothing bad. Since 25 it has gotten so much worse. I have little bumps on my forehead. My jawline, chin, neck, and back seem to break out constantly. Some of them are the little superficial pimples, but on primarily my chin and back I get the deep painful ones. I usually shower twice a day. I used 10% benzoyl peroxide soap all over my body (including face and neck), and use a 10% benzoyl peroxide cream everywhere. I sometime resort to tanning (yes I know that's bad) in addition for its antiinflammatory properties. But I still breakout. i feel like im constantly racing the pimples trying to stay one step ahead so theres at least less of them. Any suggestions?

Welcome to acne.org!

I think you might be overloading your skin with BP! 2 showers..you are probably drying your skin out and tanning..stay far, far away.

I don't have any experience with body/forehead acne but the jawline/chin acne sounds hormonal. I have a good routine for hormonal..involves drinking green tea/borage oil..here's a link to my reimen:
