Okay, so I got two pimples literally ontop of each other. No biggie, right? I just let them grow and then go away after about 2 weeks. Then, a third one comes on top if. So I'm kind of annoyed, but I don't squeeze it and leave it for a week, then a 4th one comes up. And then a 5th and a 6th. Honestly, what the fuck?
I'm going to have a red mark in this spot now for the rest of the year. I am not joking, 6 pimples right next to each other. It's literally taken a few mm's of skin off my face. it's really going to look ugly. The reason it pisses me off so much is because I didn't even squeeze them, so why is it spreading?
Not happy. I'm really not happy.
Damn it!

depends where this cluster is
if it is somewhere higher up on the face such as the corner of the forehead or above your eyebrow you can probably minimize it spreading by not moving your eyebrows or forehead skin
the problem is when it is anywhere on the cheeks near your nose or mouth because every time you eat something or breath deeply you are contorting that skin there and possibly spreading any pore-clogging problems
i'm just saying this from experience in the past few months where all my new active spots have transferred from my temples and forehead to my cheeks

Sounds like the puss was building up and spread to the surrounding area looking for a way out, if it was me I would just pop it, whether or not it's recommended...

Try icing it for 1 day. If that fails to submerge some, then I would probably pop it since you waited so long already. Wear eye protection when you do pop it though, don't want you losing a eye.
