My forehead has a lot of tiny red marks that have been there for about a year....when I go out in the sun it looks like it is sun damaged due to my forehead being red most of the time anyway...my skin looks very discolored....red in some spots white in others.....

By the way, I am of Native American,Italian,Irish and Hebrew background and I tan easily (besides my face I think due to acne)

I heard most skin damage happens before the age of 18 but my face looked fine (no sun damage) until the age of 20
