Hi all, I'm 23 and words cant express how relieved I am to have found this group. I have stress related acne that I've been dealing with for the past two years. It seems like a cruel twist of fate that I had basically flawless skin in my teen years only to end up with this!
My question is this: what sort of tips do y'all have for stress related acne?

hi and welcome to acne.org.
as far as tips , i would suggest doing a search for stress related acne and reading as much as you can. why do you think it's stress? what's your diet and skin care routine like?

I'm on clindamycin, differin, and OTC-lo. I used to get nodules and papules and they've done a pretty good job of clearing up my acne in that I usually have 0-1 actives at a time--but if I get extremely stressed out then I'll get a a monster or two on my face. Grr so frustrating (although Ill take it any day over my old complexion).
