BE CAREFUL GUYS!
There are a number of things that just do not feel right to me.
I searched the US trademarks and found no TM for bruunhause or biodermazen as promoted. No record of GD labs, no record or GD Labs, Inc with the Utah Secretary of State (Althoguh they may be incorporated in another state (but still should be registered)), no results in search on "Source Acne Theory" which is claimed to be currently accepted by dermatologists (and that was through AAD and UTSW Medical School). I also did research of one of the letters of recommendations from a Stephanie J, FL who posted:
"I’m a dermatologist. I don’t have acne, but I still use Bruunhause as a skin supplement. Anyone who knows anything about free radical skin damage should be using this everyday.
Stephanie J, FL."
The Florida Medical board licenses shows two Stephanie J's. Neither are Dermatologists.
Interesting
If these hold out, there appears to be FTC violations. Possibly even FDA as well in that claims are made relating to treating acne.
If you feel that this is a scam or that you have been ripped off file complaints with ebay, the FDA, FTC and the states attorney general's office of the state they are in. Although complaints may be answered by a manufacturer that it is just a single consumer, a number of complaints show a pattern and gets them to investigate.
Print a copy of all promotions and statements of the company or a seller.
Demand that a signed return receipt reguest be added to an order and when it arrives write down the return address on the card. (this helps in tracking).
And remember the saying, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is."
