As the title says, how long until isotretinoin is out of my system? is it 3 weeks of a month? I know it say's in my liver for a long time, but was just wondering how long it takes for it to technically leave my system....thanks

it will be gone within a month (most likely about 10 days)

Ok cool, i just seem to remember alot of people saying it left their system after 3 weeks, i want to begin light treatment (to control acne left over) but it says to wait one month after treatment due to accutane increasing light sensitivity, I will probably just wait the one month to be safe!!

that is until the accutane leaves your system, not until your skin goes back to normal (minus acne)

I agree, i'm pretty sure it must be in your system to some extent for even two months due to the fact that your skin can carry on improving in this time period, although it confuses me when they allow women to become pregnant one month after treatment...

nope, accutane changed your skin, but that doesn't mean it is still in your blood stream, it clears from your system within 10 days about. but the effect lasts longer.

because it is out of their system by then.
