honestly no its not severe,jsut persistant, i have had acne 13 years ,worse than this but never more than moderate,no cysts or anything and no scarring.
i do feel fortunate in that respect,but i have lots of little spots and white headss this time round,were as 2 years ago when i last had acne i had bigger spots and not many little ones,weird.
