Kel,
Have you tried any hormonal options? Like birthcontrol or spiro?
(I hope I'm correct that you are female) wink.gif

What about spiro?
Many women are finding it helpful.
It might be worth investigating to see what you think.
It does get good ratings.

Spiro is not a contraceptive.
I'll give you info, let me go find it.

If your acne doesn't respond to otc treatments, a combination of Retin-A and Benzamycin kept my acne under control for many years. If you haven't tried that sort of combo, you might check with your derm. I used the Retin-A at night and the Benzamycin in the a.m.

Or you could try going the holistic route. This is not for the faint hearted and there is no one diet / programme that will guarantee success for everyone. Its hard hard work, but it might be worth a try if you really believe you've tried everything else and it hasn't worked. Good luck.

That's true, but it cannot be taken during pregnancy because it can interfere with the development of the baby.

But have you tried going on a strict diet? Eliminating sugar, dairy, and gluten? You could also try internal cleansing (liver, bowel, parasite, etc.).
