Started today with 40mg (2x20mg) Roche Accutane
Planning to add Fish oil and Vitamin E
Need help on getting multivitamin without vitamin A. anyone know where to get them?
Don't plan to use anything on my face. I'm afraid it might clog the pores and enlarge them.

Dont really know about a multivitiman -minus vitA... i've often thought of the same myself, but having looked in health stores here, i have yet to find that one exists, but god knows you seem to have everything in america, so it's possible.. what i do know is you can get combinations of a couple of vitimans in one, like for example; hair, skin and nails, which contains VIT.A, however perhaps you could find a combination containing vit E, and some other essential vits safe to take while on tane..and then your fish oil..drop into one of your health stores there, and you can ask someone who knows a thing or two about vits...

the oil still remains after the second day. maybe it's because of pulling all nighters for the finals this week. Hopefully it's gonna be dry soon.

My face is kind of the same. It's not dry as I expected. Today I decided to up switch up to 80mg. My lips and mouth still dry. I need to drink a lot of water.

Day 15 on 80mg
My face is really dry and my nose is less oily. I could see the oil on my fingers when I rub it on my nose but now I don't see much. The worse side effect is after coming out of a hot shower, my face gets really shiny and when I open my mouth wide, the skin cracked. Lips are also shiny but it doesn't crack like the first week.
