Here is my log.

Currently:
  • 40mg per day
  • Drinking green tea
  • Low sugar diet
  • No dairy products
  • Using the dipping method
  • Drinking around 3 litres of water per day
  • 1000mg Fish Oil capsule per day

Day 1 is 24 hours after taking first 40mg, Day 2 is 48 hours after first dose and so on.

Which means if today is Day 1 then I took first 40mg yesterday.

I did only wait 2 1/2 days after stopping Minocycline before starting so I may have side-effects from that. Hopefully not.

Day 1:
Side Effects:
  • Headaches (had this from yesterday before I took the tane)
Skin Condition:
  • Not oily as it normally is, looks kind of normal! No fresh ones. Lots of improvement from yesterday, but this has been happening all week, so probably isn't the tane.

Also, I got the stuff for free!!

Good luck with the Accutane! By the way, what's "dipping"?

You submerge your face in a sink of hot water for around 2-3 minutes to open your pores and clean them, then again with cold to close them.

Good luck with accutane, just started my course and im from uk too. Btw you might want to reconsider the dipping method....accutane makes your skin very sensitive and you can burn/scald much more easily.
