- I have one on my chin and one next to my lip in the upper corner area around my mouth.
The one on my chin is hardly visible at all. Not even raised and hardly red... Its crazy because it hurts like a bitch.
The other is smaller in size and more reddish in colour, more like a regular pimple. It doesn't hurt as much as the other. - I don't do anything to them. Could someone maybe recommend an OTC ''On The Spot'' treatment i could try...

I used to put Clean n Clear salicylic acid gel or the Neutrogena acid gel on those, a big glob of it, overnight it should go down, but dont pick at it , let it go down. just a suggestion.

Oh, Daniel, I am so sorry. I can relate right now as I have a HUGE cyst on my chin that makes it so painful to move my mouth and the muscles around it.

No way, they're both gone! 
The one that hurt real bad on my chin never came to anything more and just went. The other dried up over night and just fell off today. I'm happy again!

Youre lucky! I break out almost everyday regardless if Im on my period or not and they take a century to go away

anytime i bend my neck downwards or twitch my eyebrows it hurts

grr I hate ones around the eyebrows! I had a whitehead there about a week ago and I swear it was actually giving me headaches!! feckin acne bastard!!
