I have been doing 3 Accutane treatments so far, but always when I finish them, after a month, Acne reappears.
I'm thinking on taking 1 capsule of Accutane for each week to maintain the effect without overdemand my liver.
Do you think it could work?

Ask your derm. My derm is going to do something similar for me. But I think the dosage will be higher, more like 10mg per day.
