Sweating causes spots for me, too. But I'm pretty convinced that my spots aren't acne, but probably folliculitis. They can look pretty much the same. I'm really active, too, and I try to time my work-outs around the times I'll be doing the regimen anyway. If I can't, I just splash the sweat off with some water and maybe apply some more moisturizer if I'm feeling dry.
Folliculitis responds really well to antibacterials (like benzoyl peroxide). I've also found that washing the affected area with a triclosan wash (like Tersaseptic) handles those spots really well. If your sweat-related spots are folliculitis, they can spread pretty quickly, especially if you mess with them and spread the bacteria around. That's a pretty good way of telling that they're not acne. Acne takes more like two weeks to develop, but folliculitis can appear really quickly, maybe even the same day.

IT"S OFFICIAL FOR ME THAT SWEATING CAUSING ACNE. Every time I super sweat-next day I am breaking out. But damn, it's my life to be active, that's sucks.
So far- No Improvement, acne appears at the same spots over and over. Earlier, when I popped acne it would heal in couple weeks, but now I don't pick at it,and same spots come and goes.
