WEEK 11. DAY 5

Official announcment: My face is finally clear!
Of course there are red spots on my DRY face, bu overall it loioks healthy. Cetaphil made my face look shiny, but now I got used to it, and everything under control. Hope to stay that way for a long time. DKR twice a day=is not that big of a deal, but an easy daily routine.

Still looking good, I'm using only 2/3 of a finger for all face and neck. More BP dries my face up. But it's working which is most important. Next week is my college graduation,so l will look sexy on my grad picture .right on time!!

5 months into the Regimen..... I'm CLEAR like a baby. There is an occasional shity dryness with flakes all over (like every other week for 2-3 days), but I think this is normal, because I do same routine over and over again. I can deal with this because it looks much better than acne.
I will update in 2-3 months.

I've decided to reintroduce dairy products in my diet. Man, milk tastes so good...And cheese, and yougurt... I was off like for 6 months. I was on rice and soy milk-I got used to it,but it taste like crap-can't compare to real milk.

Sweating causes spots for me, too. But I'm pretty convinced that my spots aren't acne, but probably folliculitis. They can look pretty much the same. I'm really active, too, and I try to time my work-outs around the times I'll be doing the regimen anyway. If I can't, I just splash the sweat off with some water and maybe apply some more moisturizer if I'm feeling dry.

Folliculitis responds really well to antibacterials (like benzoyl peroxide). I've also found that washing the affected area with a triclosan wash (like Tersaseptic) handles those spots really well. If your sweat-related spots are folliculitis, they can spread pretty quickly, especially if you mess with them and spread the bacteria around. That's a pretty good way of telling that they're not acne. Acne takes more like two weeks to develop, but folliculitis can appear really quickly, maybe even the same day.

IT"S OFFICIAL FOR ME THAT SWEATING CAUSING ACNE. Every time I super sweat-next day I am breaking out. But damn, it's my life to be active, that's sucks.
So far- No Improvement, acne appears at the same spots over and over. Earlier, when I popped acne it would heal in couple weeks, but now I don't pick at it,and same spots come and goes.

I'm 90% to 95% clear most of the time. I'm happy with the results.
So, now I've decided to gain 20 lbs of muscle weight since I'm skinny like a girl and need to put on some weight due to working in fitness field. I read that increase in caloric consumption increases levels of testosteron that might be a cause of acne flareups. Well, hopefully,my future guns will scare acne away and I'll stay clear and sexy.

It has been exactly 1 year since I started the regimen. My face is completely clear!! Once a week I get about one or two small pimples, THAT'S it!! It's sucks I deleted my first post pictures, (I had about 60 pimples)...Soo, hope DKR helps everyone who reads it.
By the way, I always used it twice a week with a moustiriser(Sunscreen only when I'mm too much in the sun)
It helps! It helps!! IT HELPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's very reassuring to read success stores, my DKR products are in the mail! Should be a week or so until I get them.

I hope you stay clear for many and many years to come!
