Well, I'm at the end of my second week on DKR, and so far I see no improvement, but worsening in all areas of my face, even at places where I have not got any acne before.
My face is dry as fuck, but I moisturize it well enough. So far I use half a finger for all over the face and neck. I can count for about 30 visible spots. Today , I decided to cut diary products from my diet, cause this shit caused me gaz and upset stomach sometimes, and might as well caused acne. I ll try dairy free diet for 1 month, so I might have food allergy to it.

To WRAP my first post UP :
1st week : NO IMPROVEMENT and LOTS OF DRYNESS (put lots of BP-same mistake for everyone smile.gif- you gotta start slowly with BP)
2nd week : Worse than 1st week , but LESS PEELING (still the face is dry), And I got strange acne (red bumps-like rocks-kind of pimples inside -wtf is that -never had it)

Let's kill that little mothafuckers!! Keep myself posted on progress. When I'll be clear in 3 months (fuck yeah, I WILL!!!) I 'll dedicate my time to promote DKR to those who struggle with acne.

Keep it up, but if you have 30 actives, then it sounds like your acne is on the moderate-severe side rather than the mild-moderate side. The regimen sometimes can control more severe acne, but it works better for mild-moderate acne types. If your lesions are primarily just your typical small red bump inflamed pimples, then the regimen will probably help you out considerably after a couple more months, but it might take a while to get it under control. If your acne is large red bumps that hurt a lot (cysts or nodules), then you might need accutane to manage those since topical treatments don't really affect cysts/nodules. If your acne is lots of tiny colorless bumps, blackheads, or whiteheads (not like a pimple with a white center but just a white bump), then BP may or may not work for this kind of comedonal acne, the results are pretty mixed since it doesn't treat their cause (clogged pores) as much as it treats the cause of inflammatory acne (acne bacteria).

OK, here is My little experience with ANTIBIOTICS...
So far I'm just confused with treatment of acne. For the last 2 years I've taken all kind of antibiotocs (myno-.doxy.-tetra Cyclin, RetinA,etc, All BUT Accutane) for my moderate acne. Some of them helped, and some didn't. Those that helped (~cycline,)they all fucked my face up for the first weeks, but eventually it eliminated a lot of acne, but not the CAUSE of it appearence. Eventually it came back after a few weeks of stopping using antibiotics. SIDE EFFECTS were terrible- headaches, bloating, etc. Taking Accutane is probably the last thing you should do beacuse of its side effects on overall health..

Ok, so what's up today with my butterface....
about 15 visible whiteheads, 5 small bumps, dry neck. NO IMPROMEVENT....

gerik,
let's review your products and how you are using them.
What is your cleanser, bp, and moisturizer
Be sure you are being super gentle, no picking, squeezing, or harsh scrubbing. Bare hands cleaning only.

I don't know what's happening but my acne is appearing like crazy since I started the regimen . 2 weeks past and still the amount of acne appearance a day is way more than before DKR. Hopefully, it's a natural effect of healing(eliminating old shit from my body). some acne just popping by itself but I don't pick it anyways,so some residue still is left in those pops. Son't know what to do. But I'm one tuff kid, that shit won't let me down!

You might want to try a more hydrating moisturizer, like Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion.
I'm lovin' your positive attitude, btw!

Ok, I Will switch to Cetaphil today. BUT what about SUN SCREEN? AVOID THE SUN ? That's possible. And personally I feel, 10-15 minutes a day you need sun without any moisturizer..

DAY 15.
No new breakouts today. Old ones are healing. It's interesting but my face looks much better in the morning after applying all the stuff than in the evening.
I tryed Cetaphil moisturizer yesterday, but it felt very greasy. I use LUBRIDERM on my body for about a month with drops of JOJOBA oil ,and my skin looks great (actually it eliminated my bacne, and assacne)So, what da heck, time to attack acnefuckers on my face with this wonedrful lotion.
I might be wrong, but I feel slight improvement.
Oh yeah, and my diet is verrry good. I drink 1 gallon a day, exercise every day, and eat 5 times a day, (vegggies, chicken breasts, fish, oatmeal, you name it + vitamins)
Damn, I'm so cute.

If you have to be out in the sun for an extended period, I do recommend you get a good sunscreen. Also wear a hat! And avoid the sun when possible.

IT"S OFFICIAL FOR ME THAT SWEATING CAUSING ACNE. Every time I super sweat-next day I am breaking out. But damn, it's my life to be active, that's sucks.
So far- No Improvement, acne appears at the same spots over and over. Earlier, when I popped acne it would heal in couple weeks, but now I don't pick at it,and same spots come and goes.

Brandy, before I started the DKR i used Dr.Dubrow method (Salycilic Acid wash-then apply BP and put Ice Packs on face for 20 minutes-then moisturized) ... Did not help at all !!
Before that I was clear for about 6 months..
