17th day on accutane and my face is horrible. It has broken out and there are large painful cysts. Several days after taking the first pill I got a severe headache and was vomiting. I have had at least one nosebleed a day for the last 10 days, my lips are chapped and one side has been covered in fever blisters. I am on 40 mg and hope to go up next week. I have had alot of side affects already and am ready to see some results. I will post after going to the doctor on the 26th.

Did you have severe acne to begin with?
