AFAIK, they don't sell it in canda, and catually, I've never even seen the BAR type. You know what's a GREAT alternative though? Johnson & Johnson's Head to Toe Baby Wash:

Brandy (DKR Regimen specialist and Forum Moderator) says the ingredients are almost identical to Purpose gentler facial cleanser so I bought a HUGE bottle for about $3 and it works GREAT! Much bertter than cetaphil, IMO, but I like foaming cleansers better. NO rsidue, NO irritation, and no stinging! I have excema on my face as well as being on accutane and this stuff is the bomb. And SO cheap! SEriously try it, and PM Brandy for more details.

Great! You'll love it-it's the most gentle cleanser I've ever used (even cetaphil gentle cleanser irritates my skin)

I used Purpose gentle cleansing wash for quite some time. It was pretty good, but I can't use it anymore because I am trying to avoid Sodium Lauryl Sulfates and their closely named partners.
