Starting today at 30mg am male 165lbs (75kgs) and 20 years old. Nothing completely treated my persistant acne i tried laser 5 sessions of Aramis (Quantel Medical) Laser its a lot better but not completely gone so i cconvinced my derm for accutane treatment. She said start at 30mg then well go up forgot to ask her if its 30 at once or 20 at lunch 10 while having dinner What do u guys think.
Also i had hepatitis b while i was a kid do u think accutane's too much for me or i can handle it since its been for more than 8 years ago and my blood tests are normal.
Please i need your advice on Dosage and If I shall continue treatment derm says i hav to c liver doctor but the appointment is next week and i really couldnt wait while having my perscription so Started at 30/day.
I also have a aramis laser session 3 weeks later u think i should cancel or it might be better reducing some IB resulting pimples.

Hi. I wouldn't worry about the liver issue since you'll only be taking accutane for one week before seeing the specialist. Just be honest with the doctor that you've already started. Regarding when to take the pills, I've heard some people say it's very important to split the dosage between am and pm, while others say it doesn't matter. Personally, I take one with breakfast and one with dinner. I would definitely cancel the laser appointment, since accutane makes your skin much more sensitive. Good luck!

Cancel the laser appointment even if it was 2 weeks after starting accutane ??
and u think 30 mg is good im 165lbs and i m taking it wwith my luch 2 pills :1x 20mg 1x10mg pills or u think i should take 20 with lunch and 10 at dinner??
What about hair loss shall i take omegas n zinc ?? what do u recommend thx.

2nd DAY

VERY BADDD Dreams... i crashed my car into pieces in my dream 1 mile away from where i really had an accident 3 months ago... tane is lame....
Anyways I have headaches at night and can barely sleep it's like am almost awake all the time.. is that normal ??
When do u guys think i should upper my dose from 30 to 60 shall i do it progressively to avoid IB (30 to 40 and then 40 to 60) or straight ?? Thanks.
