I had acne for 6 years and I must of tried at least 50-60 different treatments before I found one that worked. I’ve been using SkinB5 for 9 weeks, and my face is less oily plus my breakouts have completely stopped.

I’ve been using SkinB5 whilst using a clay mask and I’ve found the combination to be brilliant. This regime has worked for me, so I would suggest giving it a chance. I drink SkinB5 and use a clay mask 2-3 times a week, easy! I’m just happy to be acne free because it’s taken 6 years!!!!

it's vitamin B5, there are lots of brands available at places like GNC. this post kinda sounds like a skin b5 ad to me.

SkinB5 is shit. Now, I'm a VERY positive person and I've never been as frustrated as I was with SkinB5. I had been using VitaCure for months and was CLEAR and then I start to use this stuff and my skin is broken out again (it's been a full month, too).

DON'T buy time-realsed b5, I BEG YOU

SkinB5 is so expensive I would not spend my money on that. I am taking 3 grams of Vitamin B5 (Time-released, sadly..) but why is Time-released so bad?

I don't know the science of it... I'm not a chemist, doctor, etc... but all I know is that I used for several months regular B5 (from two different brands as well) - and realized that time released would save me money, and so I bought it. Within a week or two, my skin was FAR more oily than it was BEFORE I STARTED B5 - and my acne is returning.... I was literally just using B5 and was 100% clear for 3 months and now will likely need to employ topicals sad.gif

I thought they would really work and be time-released, so I could only take 6 pills a day and be clear... obviously too good to be true. I quickly went back to my old brand and have CLEARLY (pun intended) learned my lesson.

I'm certain it's an ad. There was another thread about Vitamin B5 posted earlier in this section.
