Hey:-) First ever post; wish me luck! I've been on the regimen for six weeks now. Had really good results using supplies available over the counter in the UK. The reason I've been compelled to write this late into the process is that I'm really surprised to see my favourite moisturisers not being mentioned in any posts.
I've been using a couple of the 'King of Shaves' products and they've been working out really well for me. I have relatively mild acne and I'm only doing the regimen once every night and I use the 'K24 SPF 8' moisturiser immediately afterwards. Its been keeping my skin really well hydrated and I haven't noticed any of the flaking or redness that we all fear. Its a bit too greasy for daytime usage, so after my morning cleansing in the shower I use the 'Active Skin Control Soothing Balm'. It gives good enough moisturising for daytime usage with no greasy after-feel and a nice matte finish.
Thought I'd share the experience with other users of the regimen in case these products had escaped attention. I know that moisturisers are a personal thing and I don't imagine these two would work for everyone, but I definitely think they are work a try. I'm also conscious that these products are marketed at men, so I'm not too sure how women would feel about using them:-)
Let me know your thoughts...

The ingredients seem good - mostly fragrance free. When I used to shave with a blade I found KoS was the best. I might give the moisturisers a try but they are very expensive and you may just be paying for marketing.

No you're not paying higher prices for the brand/marketing at all...
The products are actually very very good. You've got the choice with the K24 moisturisers of either an SPF8 or an SPF15... Or at least I think it's 15...
I especially like to use this in the summer as the SPF is most advantageous... What's great about it is how it doesn't smell, it nicely absorbs and it protects from the harsh sun - very nice!
In fact I recommend many of the KOS products. The shaving gel is brilliant. I use the Sensitive Skin Formula which has aloe in it, tea tree, vitamins, and again it doesn't smell. Give it a whirl!

I've been using the K24 SPF 8 for a few days now and I've a funny feeling its breaking me out. I got it as a replacement for the Urban rites face relief which i can't find anymore. It seems a bit heavy and greasy. Gonna give this Simple one a try....

I can't say I've used Simple products in a long time. I do however think the M Lotion by Clinique is very good.
I think it is fair to say that people really do react differently to different products. I didn't know UR was still in production, as I used to use it 3 or 4 years ago, but gave up with it as I found it to be very fluid and left me shiny-faced - this was only after they repackaged it..! Hmm

Interesting points:-) I think these responses flag up the common observation that moisturisers can be a very personal thing. What works well for one person may not work at all for another, or worse may even aggravate the skin.
On 'Simple' products generally, I like the fact that they are fragrance and colour free and choose to use their pure soap as a twice-a-day cleanser. Been working well for me for years. I think its good to remember that it isn't important or even greatly desirable for a cleanser to have active ingredients and sometimes the simplest products are the best.

I've been using the Simple Replenishing Rich Moisturiser for a few days now and am really please with it. The "rich" was sort of putting me off as i usually associate rich with something thick and hard to obsorb. Its very light and obsorbs very well. Like the Urban Rites i used to use, I'm to sure how well it moisturises as I don't have very dry skin but it seems to be doing the job. At around £4.50 for 125ml and easy to get hold of, I'll be using this in the foreseeable future.
