My own opinion is that liquid cleansers are much of a muchness so you may as well just buy the cheapest. I use Simple foaming facial wash because it's cheap and free of perfume and colours. I've also used Biore which I thought was a bit better.

i use the simple moisturising foaming facial wash in the white tube and have found it to be the best one in the simple range for me. i did try that refreshing facial wash gel one in the green tube before but it seemed to break me out...unless it was just a coincidence. plus i found it felt uncomfortable afterwards.

I guess this wash doesn't do anything to help spots though right.?

well i don't really know whether its helping with my spots, but i know it's not making them any worse.....i just use it because its one of the best 'feeling' ones i've tried...like it doesnt dry your skin out, sting, feel tingly, etc. depends on your skin type i suppose, i just know it's pretty nice with my skin. smile.gif

Does it foam up well, also if you haven't tried already you could try the Biore oil control cleanser, thats pretty nice and doesn't dry out your skin at all, but it doesn't have much of a foam too it but thats not really a problem is it.

I think it has sodium laureth sulfate in it though and anything with that ingredient in breaks me out, could you check this for me on your bottle.
