hi i started csr on monday 6th nov
i'm using; clinique antibacterial soap (i've got dans csr cleanser but haven't switched yet)
dans bp gel
simple light hydrating moisturiser
i'm really sticking to it religiously i'm doing it on the chin area only first 2 days i didn't notice any redness or dryness but i think i was being over cautious with the bp so i upped it a bit yesterday and felt a slight burning sensation but i was actually pleased as i thought this might be it working
i used the same amount last night and this morning i had a dry very slightly flakey patch this morning but moisturiser has sorted it i don't think it has made my red marks any worse so far- lets hope i didn't just speak to soon eusa_pray.gif
i'm not sure about my soap though it's quite drying but i like the fact it's antibacterial
i'll keep updating
anyone withany advice or comments please let me know it's so good to know there is so much support on here eusa_clap.gif

If you're looking for a good cleanser I use Clearsil Daily Face Wash. It's REALLY gentle and not drying at all. In fact I think it softens the face a bit. Hope that helps, good luck with your regimen !

I'd be careful with your Clinique soap. Clinique seems to make a LOT of people break out, so make sure that's not your problem. Good luck with the CSR, it's been great for me!
