Hi,

I've just discovered this site after looking in desperation for some hormonal acne treatment.

This regime thing looks like it works for a lot of people and I'm eager to get started. However, all the advice on the forum is confusing me a bit. Should I order from the clearskinregime site (the wash and BP stuff) and wait the 2 weeks for it to arrive, or should I buy equivilant stuff from Boots and hope that it as successful? I've read the pinned thread and am thinking about getting the stuff from Boots (just so I can get started), but I'm worried this regime isn't as successful as the CSR products. What experience/advice do you guys have?

Also:

If that eucharin moisturiser isn't ideal for when you start, what is better or do you just not use a cream til you need it?

How long did it take before you saw an improvement?

Do you put the BP stuff all over the spot prone areas, or just on individual spots as they arise?

i suggest using products from the UK
BUT
use the CSR BP if you can order it.

i just ordered dans bp gel because i couldnt find a good size tube. the cleaner and moisturizer are easy to find. the bp gel only took a week to arrive and following the regime i noticed my acne was better a few days in.

i put bp all over my spot prone areas at night but in the morning i just put it on spots that are forming

How important is the gentle rubbing in? I am finding that surprisingly difficult.

i think very because you dont want to irritate the acne. if your unsure on how to rub it in or havnt seen the video

i get acne mainly on my cheeks so i just go in a circular motion with my finger tips gently touching the skin

ive found it makes no difference..but if you do it gently and lightly, it doesnt take as long because more is absorbed by your finger.as long as youre not scratching it in lol, i dont think it matters.
