I am not sure if this belongs in here but it seemed like the most appropriate. I have suffered with acne from the age of 14 and am now 23. I usually have quite alot of white heads and 2-5 papules at a time. I can usually deal with the acne and carry on in my usual confident and witty manner.
Untill about three months ago when it started getting worse and the papules became more frequent and the red marks they were leaving weren't going away at any great speed like they normally did. I became very depressed and hardly went out and would take random days of work if I woke up to find new spots.
In a final attempt in desperassion I started to look online to see if there was any community's out there that had any help and advice. I stumbled across this one and the regime and I must say it was the best thing I have ever googled
I started the regime straight away and with in a week I saw much improved changed. Two weeks and my skin was starting to look alot better than I had seen it in ages. Three weeks and my skin was looking almost clear except one spot which I had picked into oblivion and the red marked remained. The past two weeks have been pretty much the same about 95% clear.
I am so happy and Just want to say a big thank you to Dan and that if you are ever in London let me know as I would really like to buy you a beer to say thanks.
