Well, it's Amy again.
I've started a whole new CSR log to document my progress with CSR... of which I started just now.
My original thread started here... I was using a water-only regimen but it wasn't doing anything for my scarring... so I've turned to CSR.
Here are my first pictures PRE-CSR.

Man, this is so embarrassing...I hope it gets better soon.

CSR won't do anything to scarring either.
For dealing with scarring and red marks read this (unless you already did

Day 1
After first few applications, new whiteheads are coming out. I have 3 on my upper lip, 2 on my right cheek and 1 on my chin. From other people who've started out with CSR, a lot of them found that their acne worsened before it got better, so I'm trying to stay positive.
My skin overall is less red which is a bit of an improvement. I haven't missed a session of cleaning yet, so I hope everything improves.

Do you have access to a student health center through your university? If so, I would go talk to one of their Doctors. I think that in conjunction with the CSR regimen you need to me on some meds, probably doxycycline.
The Doctors at the health center won't be Dermatologist, but I assure you they see acne patients daily and will know how to help you.
I think that the combination of BP, meds and new make-up will help tremendously!!

Amy, I am moving your log into the subforum with all the other CSR regimen logs .... I think you'll find some useful support in there.
Hope the regimen works for you, it has helped so many people!
