About 3 weeks ago, I was looking on a website for my 16 yr old daughter for her severe acne. She wanted to try Natures Cure. the reviews weren't great, but someone had posted that they tried the CSR on acne.org. Because it was fairly inexpensive and I could use products from the local store, I tried it. I have seen such an incredible improvement in my skin, it's AWESOME!
HISTORY: I have battled with a variety of issues, that seem to change every few years.
In my teens - typical acne. Went on BCP for other female reasons, and it got a little better for awhile.
Came back, went on stronger pills. Came back, went on another brand, etc etc.
All the while, over the years, I am also trying phisoderm, neutogena, astringent, masks, proactive, retin-A, etc etc etc....Always, it would get better, then come back. NEVER did it ever go away. Sometimes it was big pimples, sometimes 100's of little ones under the skin, made my skin feel like sandpaper. Sometimes blackheads everywhere. it's like I've been pimple-palooza!!!
About 3 ys ago, I went off BCP. Husband had VS, no need for them. When I did that, pimples came back full force. So I went on Antibiotic. My skin was beautiful for about a year. Then I decided it was not God's plan for me to be on pills all the time so I went off and believed that I could find a better a way, and I've been believing for healing and a way to fix this without pills!
WHOA! Did my skin retaliate!
It seems like 1000's of under the skin pimples that gradually moved around my face for another year. And huge blow outs too! Plus, I'm a picker, so I only make it worse adn then I just want to hide my face from the world! It was bad on cheeks, then bad on chin and neckline, then bad on forehead. Nothing was getting any better, just worse. I desided to try the CSR 3 weeks ago.....For the 1st time in a very long time, my skin is actaually smooth. I've allways had backheads all over nose, not a SINGLE blackhead! i can wear very little makeup because my skin is so much clearer. I have been using the Cetaphil soap he recommended, with the Netrogena 2.5 % BP and the Cetaphil face lotion 15 spf. At night only, prior to using the BP, I also use the ACV toner (50/50). I have noticed this really seems to help the general condition of my skin. I am so glad I found this and will stick with it. Hopefully, it is the answer and I can just take care of my skin like a normal person from this point.
It seems like acne rules your life when it gets so bad. It consumes you in the morning as soon as you wake up and look at your face in the mirror. Right down to the evening when getting ready for bed. I feel such freedom now, and I am very blessed and thankful.
