Dan recommends Gillette Sensor Excel Razor. Is this available in the UK and if so where from?

Also, what other razor do you recommend?

I've used Mach 3 for a few years now and it gives quite a close shave without causing shaving cuts or rashes but will try others on your recommendations.

na they have by bar the best blades i think
ive shaved with disposable ones an they feel so crap on your skin.
but the gilette ones just have a certain quality about them (maybe its all in the mind)

i jus prefere to pay for a quality one because at least you know thats what your getting biggrin.gif

I was using Mach3 and had spots in shaving area neck and jaw line. Figured it could be the razor so stopped shaving with it as a test and just like that my face cleared up.May consider the sesor excel but i wouldnt recommend the mach3....

I use the Gillette M3 Power ones and they are the best I have ever used. The razor vibrates and it really makes a difference in ease of shave, it just glides over the skin. I used the M3 Power razor for a week or two and then went back to my Mach3 Turbo blades and it felt as though I was ripping my face off compared to the M3 Power. They're expensive blades (but not as much as the Fusion Power blades) and in my opinion they are well worth it.

think of it this way to anyone who thinks expensive razors like gillete ect are a waste of money.

think of crappy razors (disposable, single blade ect) as Panoxyl BP Gel that you can get most places and is fairly cheap, but doesnt work as good and causes irritation.

then think of Dan's BP as the Gillette Fusion/Mache3/Sensor razor, more expensive but causes less irritation, closer shave and more effective.

which one would you go for? see what i mean... smile.gif
