Hi everyone , ive been on the CSR regimen for 3 and a half months now. I had acne everywhere on my face. Forhead, hhair line, eyebrows, cheeks, temples, nose, mouth, jawlline, neck. I had some body acne and leg acne, but head and shoulders classic cured that pretty quicly.

As a cleanser, there are many MANY good cleansers, the trick is to watch dan in the videos use the cleanser and rinse well. I use cetaphil gentle cleasner. do NOT use the brand in canada thats called cetaphil for oily skin.

For BP, without a doubt USE DAN'S BP. USE DAN'S BP. USE DAN'S BP.
The ONLY problem with that, is that we use the 'finger' measuring system (which sucks in my opinion),
because people have different shaped, different length fingers, so we have no idea what is a lot. So I've had to endure a month of acne because i couldnt get it right. I wish measurements or a cup of some kind came with each tube. But anyways... AGAIN WATCH THE VIDEOS.

For moisturizer, ive used the cetaphil one for two months then switched over to the more expensive Aveeno Ultra Calming moisturizer, I use 3-4 pumps both day and night. THIS PRODUCT ROCKS. Watch the videos!!

Anyways, Here's my 3 and a half month picture, compared to 5 white heads at a time before CSR. Some huge white heads too.

you're doing great, man!
ok, i guess your face wasn't exactly bad before bp, but this is still great!
i can see you've got a few redmarks (there's a very good thread pinned at the redmarks forum that you might want to check out) and blackheads on your nose (try an sa based product, like neutrogena clear pore treatment), but again, congrats!
too bad we didn't have you here from the beginning so we could see your progress smile.gif
