Hello i've decided to start a log so i can track my progress.
I have been on the csr once before but stopped at about 10 weeks in because the red marks.
Im not sure what type of acne i have,it seems to go through stages of being really really bad to being really good.
I have quite alot of clogged pore blackhead things that i cant help but pick at and if they dont come out i go on and on until they do and am then left with a bit mark grrrr stupid me!
I get a few large red sore spots without heads and the occasional whitehead.
So far there hasnt been much improvement to be honest,i have still been getting big painful red ones and have had a breakout of white heads around my mouth.
At the mo I have lots of redmarks and a couple of active ones, pics are in the gallery.

My regimen is not exactly how it should be but is along the same lines.

-wake up wash face with botanics foam wash about to change to boots cucmber range face wash as i have nearly run out of the botanics one and have some of the other to use.

-pat face dry with towel wait a couple of mins, then apply quinoderm cream 5% bp

-wait about 10-20 mins apply eurcerin dry skin relief cream.

In the evening i remove make up with botanics wipe, then wash face,
wait a few mins then apply quinoderm. I dont use moisturiser in the evening.
I apply sudocrem to fresh red marks to try and help the healing.

If any of you know of a decent face wash in the uk please let me know because i cant find one anywhere that doesnt have bad ingredients in it.

Thanks I will keep u all updated smile.gif

Thanks Brandy!

Im on my 5th week now and things are getting worse and worse.
Im not sure if i should carry on or maybe change the bp im using.
I have been drinking lots of wine recently so maybe thats not helped!
I dont understand why it gets so bad i thought it is meant to clear up spots, but its made things worse is it true that its everything coming out from underneath??

How much BP are you using right now?

Remind me of your current products and let's see if there is anything else we need to tweak in your regimen.

Ok i started with a few spots nothing too bad.
I have just switched to pears soap(seems quite drying).
Then dry face and wait a few minutes and then apply about a thin line fingers worth of quinoderm cream.
Wait 15 minutes then apply eurcerin 5% urea(only in the morning)
I have put some more pics in my album to show how bad it has got.

Ok so im on my 8th week i think. Just as things started to get better and stopped getting any horrible spots i went mental and picked every little blackhead and pore on my face and now have a face full of red scabs and marks...it looks terrible, worse than any kind of spots.
I just couldnt stop picking and got needles and was using my knuckles to try and get stuff out of the pores,i could see a little tiny white dot in the centre of the pore andf just went mad.
I am so depressed and wish i could rewind to before i picked..i continued to pick the next day thinking i would somehow get stuff out.(BIG MISTAKE!) I really wish i didnt have to leave the house for ages because it looks like i have had chicken pox, even make up wont hide all of this.
I want to continue using bp because it seems to have just started to stop spots from forming but now i have so many red marks, scabs and scars that i dont want to make them worse by applying bp.
I am still doing the regimen and then applying sudocrem to all the messed up skin.
I cant believe what a mess i have made of my face, i have really damaged my skin!
Can anyone give any advice to heal this up with out getting scars? Thankyou xx
