Slowly veering off the CSR. I believe I've waited long enough, unfortunately it doesn't seem to be right for me. Oh well, at least I tried (my skin and I agree it's not working). I switched moisturizers and cleansers and even shampoos, but no luck. cry.gif

Maybe I should try ZINC. Yeah, I like the sound of that, just say it - ZINC... 50 or 100 mg a day? I don't know what's safe for a 160 lb guy.

Or maybe I should try Proactiv? Hmmm... People here seem to frown on it, but this regimen isn't helping me...

What's up with my face you ask? My forehead is a minefield and I'm always under attack. The rest of my face is less violent but still annoying getting a zit here and there. Especially since they love to leave annoying redmarks. Which reminds me - The egg mask thing was only semi-decent. That's right, it didn't do much for my redmarks.

Mr. Harmonica, As far as the Fm chord goes, you have two choices - Barre that sucker or use your thumb for the low E string. Also two things that can help - Start on the 5th or 6th fret and try that chord, then slowly lower it down. Or more importantly make sure the action on your guitar is low (both for acoustic and electric). Personally I play using my thumb like an animal but I can only bar nicely with my index finger when the action is low... Some people learn barre chords in one month and others (like me) are still trying to make them clean.

Good luck everyone - If I find something that works for me I'll be sure to let you all know.

Update:

I've been on Benzaclin for the past two weeks. Let me tell you something - It's a clindamycin/10% benzoyl peroxide mix and it's doing a much better job than the regimen. Hey can someone explain to me how this product is much less drying than Dan's 2.5% gel? Seriously, my eyebrows are no longer flaking and my skin is improving - I'm gonna stick with it.

When I have the time I'll experiment more with ACV (apple cider vinegar) for my redmarks. But for now, I'm content with Benzaclin and get ready much faster in the morning.

Note: Benzaclin is a perscription. Just ask your derm for it and the 25g jar lasts 2 weeks. Expensive? $20 per jar with my insurance - It's not cheap but it definately works. I'll keep you all posted.
