Hey. Today marks my one week period for the CSR.
My Routine:

Morning:
Shave with N. Oil Free Acne Wash
Wash with N. Oil Free Acne Wash
Use N. On Spot Acne Treatment (BP)
Use N. Oil Free Mosturizer.

At Night:
Wash with N. Oil Free Acne Wash
Use N. On Spot Acne Treatment (BP)

Hello and welcome!
I wanted to wish you good luck!
And be careful with that cleanser. The CSR calls for a gentle unmedicated cleanser. That Neutr. oil-free acne wash has 2% Salicylic Acid and is super drying! You don't want to overly irritate your skin.

I can tell which side you sleep on. Try sleeping on your back. and if you can't just try to keep your face off the pillow, it will help.

Hey man there has been an improvement, but your acne is NOT moderate, it is very very mild... keep following the CSR and ou should be fine.

I agree, stick to the regimin and you should def start seeing results.. your acne looks like it will react well with the csr. good luck

Uhhhh...really? Well, good for you. But that isn't the case for everyone and letting people think their skin will clear in 3 weeks isn't athe best idea. It can take 2, 3, 4 months...If you start the CSR thinking it will all go away in a few weeks, you'll end up like me: depressed and disappointed And you'll want to give up.

I hope it clears up quickly, I really do, but do give yourself time...even with mild acne.

I really think you should ditch the Neutrogena oil-Free acne wash and find something gentle and nonmedicated. The irritation from the SA may be delaying your progress at this point in time. But stay persistent with the Regimen.

my mom, whos a doctor, told me to use and ago me some retin-a and some of those tcyrcin or tetris (or whatever there called) pills. u think i should switch to that instead? Thanks
