During the hot summer days, a good sunscreen should be applied. I don't usually wear one, but I am going to start since I am using BP.

I just wanted to know how do you guys take care of your skin during the winter. I live in Toronto. It gets quite cold in here. Do you switch from a sunscreen to a different moisturizer? Does something in your skin regimen change? For girls, Do you change your makeup colours?

Hi sandia. I also live in Toronto. Hi neighbour. biggrin.gif

I don't usually wear sunscreen either. I only wore it like 2-3 times this summer... I know, shame on me. LOL lol.gif

My "regimen" doesn't really change from summer to winter. (LOL We only have 2 seasons in Canada. LOL Summer & Winter) I just wash my face with a gentle cleanser or a plain bar soap and moisturize with Olay sunscreen or with Cetaphil lotion. That's it! I don't wear any make-up 'cause I don't have much time when I have school. I just wear lip balm from time to time.

I'm just a bit worried because I've read somewhere that the snow reflects 80% of sun's rays... and winter is coming.

The only sun protection I wear is the one in my lip balm lol. I cant survive in Toronto without lip balm.

Power to the Torontonians! (Howdy, me too!)

I always have to wear sunscreen-- if I don't my face gets red/burnt quite easily.

I wear the same sunscreen as I do in the summer (neutrogena Dry touch, SPF30) but I just add another moisturizer underneath or on top. I like Olay Sensntive Skin Therapy lotion. It's oil-free and sooooooo soothing. I love it! makeupalley.com also has REALLY good reviews for the Olay Sensitive Moisture Therapy CREAM-- if you have drier skin you may want to use that.
