started the csr on monday,today is friday.thought things were improving but just discovered a whole new load of spots!!!!!!!!!!!!! supposed to be going out tonight for first time in ages(i have a six month old and 2 year old).trying to make my excuses-cant faceit spots to dry and scaby to wear make up.have been very good and not picked any spots but they are still leaving loads of marks

Welcome!
The CSR can seem like a rollercoaster ride for the first few months, so hang in there and try not to get discouraged.
If you want some help, list what products you are using. And also be sure that any makeup you are using is oil-free and non-comedogenic.
My best bit of advice for now is to be gentle. Try not to touch your face at all except while putting on the CSR products.
