Hi guys, I'm sorry to say I just had to write out this email to the people at "clear skin regimin" ,
I'm not sure if they will reply, but I just needed to put it in writing, and see what you guys thought.
"Hi
My name is Curtis *******, after being very patient with the intrigration of the new system, having had to have ordered another tube because my orginal order is still 'qued', I finally recieved my tube of bp gel. I opened the packedging only to find the whole envelope was 'filled' with the bp gel, and the tube is covered in it, and less than half full.
I have never been let down by your service before, and I really do need this gel. But safe to say I am VERY unhappy with this, as far as I can tell the tube has no incision but has leaked from the top some how and a large amount has come out into the envelope. My reciept is abislutely saturated in the gel, and you can just about make it out.
I'm reluctant to ask for a refund or replacement (at the thought of me sending this back) as I need this gel, and sending it back and/or waiting for a replacment would be another inconvieniance and another 7-14 days (not to mention it coming back) without it. But I just wanted to put this to you to see if you could help me in some way, as I paid for a full tube of BP Gel and received an envelope with a ruined reciept and full with the gel and a half empty tube.

What do you guys think? Personally (I really don't want to sound like an irate annoying customer who wants everything for free) but I personally feel entitled to a free tube or something, what I have now wont last me very long and I will have to shell out again for another tube much sooner than expected.
Whats your views?
